Programs for children and families
Listen, Educate, Advocate
At EPiC, we believe that when those most closely impacted by inequities share their lived experiences and have conditions created to have a seat at the table, then they will feel empowered to engage, organize, and ultimately push for systemic changes. We listen, educate, and advocate for and with Black families by centering their voices and lived experiences. As we connect with Black families we develop robust programming to establish safe spaces to collectively disrupt, dismantle, and rebuild a better system for our Black children through parent-led advocacy.

Circle of Hope
Circle of Hope offers a safe, supportive space for Black parents/guardians to practice self-care and build community with each other. We will take you on a journey of self-exploration and healing.

Listening Sessions
Our Listening Sessions bring community members together to share their lived experiences with education and systemic inequities, strengthening connections among parents, caregivers, and educators.

Community Conversations
Community Conversations with educators, parents, and students bring those with lived experience together to offer parent-led solutions that address data driven inequities found within a school or school system.

Collectives
Families collaborate with one another to form Collectives and move from seeing themselves as consumers of service, to gaining positions of leadership and holding power to drive efforts to close the opportunity gap.
